ShowRec Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective June 17, 2026
We want you to be happy with ShowRec. This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
Billing
- Paid plans (Pro, Premium, Team) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
- Team plans are billed per seat (minimum 2 seats).
- Applicable taxes (e.g. VAT/GST) are calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location.
- The Free plan is free forever and is never charged.
Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us.
- After cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again.
- When the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan and Free-tier limits apply.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with a first-time paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll issue a full refund of that payment — no hard feelings.
Renewals & other charges
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, since you can cancel anytime before a renewal to avoid the next charge.
- We may still grant refunds at our discretion in cases such as accidental purchases, duplicate charges, or extended service outages.
- Where local consumer law gives you additional refund or withdrawal rights, those rights still apply and are honored via Paddle.
How to request a refund
Email showrec.io@gmail.com from (or mentioning) the email address on your account, with the approximate date of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.
